SUPPORT / FAQ

FAQ.

Answers about workpieces, installation, warranty, delivery and complete production lines.

Q1Can your machines process a specially shaped wooden part?

Yes. We can customize templates, tooling and fixtures from your sample or drawing. Parts within the standard working range (length ≤300 mm and diameter ≤120 mm) can be processed, and larger machines can be customized. You may send a sample for a free machining trial before purchase.

Q2Is on-site installation and commissioning included?

Domestic purchases include free on-site installation, commissioning and operator training until the machine runs normally and operators can work independently. Overseas customers receive remote video guidance; an overseas technician visit can be arranged when necessary, with costs agreed separately.

Q3What after-sales support do you provide?

The complete machine is covered for one year, while core components such as the spindle and motor are covered for two years. Non-human-damage parts are replaced free during warranty. Lifetime technical support and parts at cost are available. For domestic customers, we arrange an on-site technician within 48 hours after a service request, except in remote areas.

Q4What are the lead time and payment terms?

Standard machines in stock ship within 7–10 days after payment; customized machines normally require 15–20 days. Payment can be a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment, or other terms agreed according to the cooperation.

Q5How much power does the machine use?

A standard machine has a total power of about 3 kW and typically uses around 2–3 kWh per hour. Standard industrial three-phase 380 V power is suitable, and a 220 V single-phase version can be customized for smaller workshops.

Q6What other equipment is needed for a complete wooden-handle line?

A complete wooden-handle line may also need surface arc planing, polishing, slotting and drilling after profile milling. We can propose a complete line based on your output target and product type, so the machines can be sourced together.
